THELMA ALEXANDRA CHMUHALEK (nee DENOMIE) January 16, 1916 - November 18, 2014 It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Thelma Alexandra Chmuhalek (nee Denomie) on Tuesday, November 18, 2014, at the age of 98 years, at Ste. Anne Hospital. Thelma was born January 16, 1916 in Lestock, Saskatchewan. Thelma was predeceased by her parents, Anton and Francis Denomie; her husband Vaslou Frank (1963); sons, frank (1999) and Don (2008); sisters, Tilly, Emma and Nora. Brothers, John, Frank, Joe and Paul. Left to cherish her memory, sister Anna (Morris), son Edward (Sharon) and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. There will be a memorial service held at the Reynolds Community Club in Prawda, Manitoba on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Donations to CancerCare Manitoba would be greatly appreciated.
