Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGEORGES PAQUETTE Georges Paquette passed away May 26, 2015, at the age of 92, in the care of Action Marguerite, 4th floor, Winnipeg, MB. Left to cherish Georges' memory are his wife Agathe - kids, Doris (Tyler, Kayla, Skye and Max) and Rene (Lauren, Breanne and Katelyn); brothers, Lawrence, Guy, Raymond, Rosaire; and sister Marguerite. He was a man who had many talents, working as a soldier in the Second World War, a lumber jack, a wilderness guide, a carpenter and finally a miner. He was a devout Catholic with a great love of the outdoors and the laughter of children. He was our soft spoken hero and he will be missed. Funeral Mass will take place Monday, June 1 at the Paroisse Du Precieux Sang - 200 Kenny St. at 1:00 p.m. with viewing one hour prior to Mass. Reception to follow.
