It is with sadness that I just read about Jud. I was just looking for a phone number and found this obituary. My son is on his way to caddie for a friend in Winnipeg and I wanted him to see Jud. Jud was a friend of my mother Ada (Roe) Dunn and we had kept in touch over the years before my mother's death in 2011. May he rest in peace. - Posted by: Kathleen McCarron (Friend) on: Jul 05, 2015

When my wife and I moved to Fort Richmond as newly weds in 1980 we had the pleasure of living across the street from Jud and Marilyn. They quickly welcomed us to the neighbourhood. He was always kind and friendly. A real gentle person. When I go by his place he always comes to mind. God Bless you Jud . - Posted by: Gus Fiorino (Neighbour ) on: Jun 23, 2015

Jud's friendly authentic manner endeared him to all he encountered. In his professional life in business, in his love of community, amongst family and friends, he led with compassion, celebrated others, and was humble about his own achievements. A true, gentleman, Jud is warmly remembered and will be deeply missed. - Posted by: Cathy Auld (Friend through The Winnipeg Foundation) on: Jun 12, 2015

Jud and Marilyn were dear friends of mine, and of my husband Lyle (d.2008), for many many years. We had great times together within a large circle of friends, and I will always remember him as a fine gentleman. - Posted by: Joyce Conquist (Longtime friend) on: Jun 09, 2015

Jud was a life long friend of my grandfather, Charlie Harvey. Jud truly was one of the kindest men I had the luxury of coming across. Total class act. Lots of pleasant memories associated with seeing him at various family gatherings through the years. Great picture attached to the eulogy. Looking good with those hockey shoulders Jud, would not have wanted to run into you in the corner! - Posted by: Scott Gardner (Family Friend) on: Jun 08, 2015
