Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDONNA HELGESON Donna passed away peacefully on June 1, 2015 in the Rainy River Hospital in Ontario. Donna was born February 11, 1933 to Clarence and Ethel Kennedy. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband Robert Earl, her sister Elizabeth Baker, and brother-in-law William Helgeson. She is survived by her children: Robert Brent (Judith), granddaughter Aurielle; and Barbara (Lance), grandson Robert; her siblings Maisie Larson and Murray Kennedy (Beth), sister-in-law Dorothy Helgeson, as well as many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2015 at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Blvd. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 6 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6. We are very sorry to learn of the passing of your Mom. We have many good memories of time spent with your Mom and also your Dad and the whole family. Lots of memories of the Gillam days--curling, partying, just visiting. Barb and Brent you were just youngsters and so were our children. We also had good times when we were all living in Winnipeg. The years have gone by and everyone has gotten older. Your Mom was a caring person and was always there for anyone who needed her. You two must be each other's support and your families also.
