Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWILLIAM (BILL) KENNETH SEAL It is with great sadness that his adopted family said goodbye to Uncle Bill. William K. Seal suddenly passed away on Friday, June 26, 2015 at the age of 86 years. He was predeceased by his son, Doug Seal in 2006 and dear friend, Louise De Clercq in 2012. Bill was a loyal friend and a hard worker. He worked for CNR for 36 years, until his retirement in March of 1989. In keeping with Bill's wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held. The Coutu Family in care of arrangements: E.J. COUTU & CO.
