Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARBHAJAN SINGH GHUNDHU Our father, Harbhajan Singh Ghundhu, aged 67 years, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2015 surrounded by his family and friends at home. He is survived by his loving wife Harminder Kaur Ghundhu and their three daughters, Navneet, Bimal, and Jaideep. He will be missed by all, near and far. Harbhajan was a strong, smart, kind and generous man who was devoted to his community as the President of the Gurdwara Nanaksar, following the Sikh faith of charity, humbleness and service to others. He was a determined individual that always lived life to the fullest and had a positive attitude with any challenge he faced. He had a very big caring heart and went out of his way to help anyone that needed it. He also spent 30 years with the Society for Manitobans with Disabilities and enjoyed every day with his co-workers in the Accounting Department, which brought him much joy. He was a loyal father, husband and friend and his smile, charisma and jovial personality will surely be missed. I've known Mr. Ghundhu since about grade two or three. I spent many, many weekends and evenings at his home in elementary and junior high. He was the sweetest man, I especially remember how kind he always was to my dad (who was disabled following a stroke) over the years. My parents would often tell me they had ran into Mr. Ghundhu at the hospital during my dad's various appointments. He always said hi and would always stop to visit. I'm sending hugs and love to Mrs. Ghundhu and his girls. - Posted by: Lisa Ferguson (Friend) on: Jul 06, 2015

As a former long-time SMD staff person, I had the privilege of working with Harb for many many years... He was such a kind, warm, & gentle person who always had a smile on his face and would bend over backwards to help others in whatever way he could... may his family take some comfort in knowing that he was so well-liked and highly regarded by so many people at SMD and beyond... rest in peace Harb... - Posted by: Joe Romanson (former co-worker SMD) on: Jul 06, 2015

You will truly be missed! Although I only worked with Harb for nearly 3 years he had a true passion for SMD and all the employees he worked with! He was ALWAYS there with a HUGE smile and of course a joke! Harb, after ALL the years you bugged me to get married, I finally did, JUST FOR YOU ;) haha You were truly one amazing man with a HUGE heart and will be missed. You left a legacy and your family I knew will live that on! xo - Posted by: Amanda Inscho (Old co-worker at SMD accounting dept.) on: Jul 06, 2015
