STANLEY (ABBY) ALEXANDER HUDSON April 27, 1951 - July 16, 2015 Peacefully at the Health Sciences Centre in the S.I.C.U., after a lengthy illness, Stanley passed away on July 16, 2015 at the age of 64 years. Abby is survived by his wife of 22 years, Shirley; two stepsons, Reg Everette (daughter Shauntelle) and Jayson (Melanie) Everette (sons, Wyatt and Brady); stepdaughter, Eva (Larry) Everette (children, Dalton, Yvonne and Krista); one great-granddaughter, Layla; his brother, William Hudson; sisters, Francis (Mark), Kathleen (Dennis), Brenda (Martin) and Louise (Bob); sisters-in-law, Eva (Lawrence) Murdock and Janet (John) Traverse; his baby' Chrissy; also numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Stanley was predeceased by his parents, Alex and Francis Hudson; grandparents, William and Louise Hudson; brother, Charles Hudson, and by his sister, Janet Mitchell. Wake Service was held on Monday, July 20, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Services will take place at the Stevens Memorial United Church, Fisher River, Manitoba, with Rev Allan Sinclair and Stanley John McKay officiating. Interment will follow at the Fisher River Community Cemetery Active Pallbearers: William Hudson, Kenny Lavallee, Sammy Lavallee, Devlin Morriseau, Ian Mallette, and Mark Mallette. Honorary Pallbearers: Dan Cochrane, Ivan Mallette, Fred Sinclair Sr., David Bouchard, Lester Cochrane, Ben Cochrane, Marshall Cochrane, and all the fishermen from Macbeth and Goodman's Landing. The family would like to thank the staff at the S.I.C.U. of Health Sciences Centre, Winnipeg for taking great care of Stanley.
