GILLES GUY SABOURIN (Set the Hook) It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Gilles Guy Sabourin after a short but courageous battle with cancer on Monday, August 10, 2015 at the age of 65. Gilles is survived by his beloved wife Cécile, his two daughters Lisa (Brian) and Lynette (Neil), his grandchildren Martin and Emily, as well as all of his extended family and friends. Gilles enjoyed fishing, boating, campfires with friends and family, rock and roll music and the "Habs". A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 14 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard. If friends so desire, donations in memory of Gilles may be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
