Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES WILLIAM THOMAS MCNEIR Charles William Thomas McNeir passed away on August 10, 2015 with his loved ones by his side. He was born on May 25, 1938 in London, England. Charles spent most of his life living in Canada working at E.H. Price and raising a family. Among other things, he liked movies, Stephen King books, and fishing trips with his friends. But, more than anything else he enjoyed his grandchildren. The family would like to thank Wheeler Funeral Home for their services. His family will enjoy a private memorial service.
