Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • Steve you will be missed here on earth, but I know that you are celebrating your reunion with Tom right now in heaven. You were anxious to go and meet with Tom for that last three years. You often told me that it should have been you to go instead of him. Your kind and generous heart will be remembered forever. You had a way of making everyone around you feel special! You were the ideal father and grandfather--always wanting the best for them and rejoicing in their successes. Till we meet again, my friend, I know you're laughing with the angels. • Uncle Steve always had a smile on his face, and a twinkle in his eye.He was sensitive and kind. He had an amazing memory, and could remember everyone. He missed his son, Tom so much, and wanted to be with him. They shared many of their interests together and he was a very loving father to Tom. He also really loved his grandkids, and enjoyed talking about each of them, and seeing them when ever he could. We know that he loved the Lord, and would regularly read his bible. We take comfort in knowing that he is with Jesus, and where he wanted to be. - Posted by: Angie Harasyn (niece) on: Sep 03, 2015

  • I work at St. Vital Cemetery and that is where I met Steve as he would almost everyday visit his son Tom. Steve and I have had many conversations at the cemetery and we got to know each other very well with talks about our families! We had something in common as his son "Tom aka Two bags" played hockey with one of my best friends Donovan Pearace! Steven will be sadly missed by myself as I have always looked forward to seeing him and talking about life! Rest in Peace my good friend!!! - Posted by: Mike Kuklik (Friend) on: Aug 30, 2015
