ERLINDA ESTUISTA CIRIACO It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, wife, and grandmother Erlinda Estuista Ciriaco, on October 7, 2015 at the age of 65. She will be dearly remembered by her loving husband Felipe Reyes Ciriaco; daughter Katherine Hizon (Romeo D. Hizon); son Melvin Ciriaco (Michelle); and grandchildren Nicole Heather Ciriaco, Brevin Allen Ciriaco, Romeo Ryan Hizon and Kaitlin Lara Hizon. Erlinda will also be remembered by her siblings from the Philippines Carmelita Torres (Silvino) (deceased)), Eleseo Estuista (Lita), Herminia Balbenta (Noel), Roberto Estuista (Evelyn), Teresita Dialola (Jun); and by her siblings in Canada Josephine Bulseco (Rodrigo), and Luisita Mendoza (Dammie). Erlinda was predeceased by her parents Exequiel Basilio Estuista and Trinidad Basila Estuista. Also left to cherish her memory is her nephew Kevin Bulseco whom she cared for since he was born and whom she treated like her own son. Erlinda who was fondly called as "Nanay Len" by her numerous nieces and nephews will be sorely missed especially by Marvin, Marlon and Camille Mendoza. Erlinda was born on November 6, 1949 in Quezon City, Philippines and studied at Polytechnic University of the Philippines. Erlinda's love and care has been felt by many and she will remain in the hearts of her family, extended relatives, and friends here in Winnipeg and in the Philippines. A viewing (Lamay) will be held on Friday, October 23, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
