Sorry to hear about Jack's passing. We worked together for 17 years at Johnson Controls. He hired me (not really our secretary told him to hire me I was the only one applying for the position wearing a suit). Come to think of it I was at Johnson Controls for 17 years, he was transferred to Australia, so might have been 15 years? He was a fair man and a great boss. I was unaware he was awarded The Distinguished Flying Cross, quite an honour. Our Royal Canadian Air Force motto is Per Ardua Ad Astra, which translated means Through Adversity To The Stars.
