Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARCEL PAINCHAUD Peacefully at the Carman Memorial Hospital in Carman, MB on Saturday, November 7, 2015, Marcel Painchaud Senior of Fannystelle, Manitoba passed away at the age of 78 years. Born April 14, 1937 to the parents of Andre and Cecile Painchaud he spent his entire life on the farm that his father started and he continued to expand with his two sons. Marcel (Bucky) was well known in the community of Fannystelle and surrounding areas for his work as both Councillor and Reeve of the RM of Gray. Left behind to cherish his memory and mourn his passing are his three children: Monique, Marcel (Kathy Simonson), Nicole, his son-in-law Tim Ference, the mother of his children Pat Painchaud, and his grandchildren Michael and Christopher Painchaud. He was predeceased by his son Roger, his parents Andre and Cecile Painchaud, his brother Leo and his brother-in-law Leonard Lofto. Remaining to hold dear the memories are his sisters Fernande Lofto, Noella (Larry) Rose, Diane (Orval) Bernardin, his sister-in-law Sandy Montague, and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held in the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Fannystelle, MB on Thursday, November 12, 2015. Eulogy at 10:45 a.m., Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in the Fannystelle Parish Cemetery with Father Lawrence Chibue Agorchukwu and Father Armand Le Gal officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sacred Heart Cemetery Fund Box 67, Fannystelle, Manitoba, R0G 0P0. The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Carman Memorial Hospital medical staff, and a special thank you for the guidance of Toni, our medical angel. I extend my deepest condolences to Marcel Jr., Noella, Fernande, and members of the family, and community of Fannystelle, and Elie, MB. I worked for "Bucky" as a live-in housekeeper a couple years ago. I pray for the repose of His soul, and for the family in their time of grief.
