Papa Frank was a kind and generous man who always had a smile on his face and cookies for all of us. He loved children, animals and he loved us. We will cherish forever the time spent in his company. He used to walk with our dogs and called our big Saint Bella. What a wonderful man he was. I will remember the bag of delicious and natural tomatoes he offered us from his veggie garden. A big heart and big mouth Italian, un Italiano vero. We will always love you, Papa Frank and remember you. We are glad we are now neighbours of your granddaughter, so we can share the good time we had in your company. Rest in peace, dear friend. - Posted by: Camelia Ileana Ulici (Friend, neighbor) on: Nov 17, 2020

I would like to send my condolences to The family. I was honoured enough to serve Frank for a year at The Manor. He is greatly missed and I'll remember Frank for his laugh and his ability to always be happy. May his soul rest in peace until we meet again. - Posted by: Mae Richard (Server at the Manor) on: Nov 14, 2015

I worked at Linden Wood Manor from September 2014 - December 2014. Frank quickly became my favorite senior in the building. I was a server in the dining hall, his table, C1 where he always sat with Ben and Luigi managed to get me in trouble quite often. I was always talking with them, the three of them were a hilarious bunch. Ben always made fun of everyone, Luigi was the quiet one in the group, but Frank was the caring, loving one, always wanting to help and asking how I was doing. Last year, on his birthday, I made him a card. He showed every last person in the building the card I had made him. He kept it in his chest pocket for over a week! He would always show me at lunch and supper that it was still there :) he told me when he died he would be buried with it. The day I quit I was heartbroken to leave my favorite table. I gave Frank my phone number, telling him if he ever wanted to go for coffee or needed a ride to St. Amant to let me know. He cried when I told him I was leaving, as did I. But, I never heard from him again. I kept in touch with coworkers from the manor, today is when I heard about Frank's passing. I am so sorry. I'm still crying in shock. He was a wonderful man. Heaven gained one of their greatest angels last Sunday. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. God bless. - Posted by: Nicole Epp (worked at Linden Wood Manor) on: Nov 14, 2015
