ALLAN GEORGE STEPHEN Surrounded by his loving family, Allan peacefully passed away on Sunday, November 15, 2015, at the St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 71 years. In keeping with Allan's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial service celebrating his life will be held on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at 3:00 p.m. at Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Drive.
