I met Bob some 30 years ago when we worked with PWS&S. Bob was the consummate professional and was also kind and considerate to all those he came in contact with. My condolences to Muriel and all his family and may their happy memories of Bob give them comfort in the days ahead. - Posted by: Brenda Baron (Colleague at the Government of Alberta) on: Nov 30, 2015

Bob was my mentor when I joined the Alberta Government Purchasing team. We had many good times together and his advise and mentorship allowed me to rise through the ranks to senior management. I lost track of Bob for many years and sadly just rediscovered him via this notice. My condolences to his family. Go with God Bob. - Posted by: John Northcott (former co-worker Alberta Government Purchasing) on: Nov 30, 2015

Bob and I were best friends in high school and he was my best man, twice. I will miss Bob very much and am sorry I couldn't attend funeral. Muriel was the love of his life, he always said how lucky he was to have married her. All my best to Muriel, Ian, Pat, Lesley, Kathy. So long, Bob. - Posted by: Mike Drew (Good Friend) on: Nov 27, 2015

I had the privilege of working with Bob for the last few years at MBLL. He would always greet me with a smile each morning when we arrived at work. I enjoyed listening to his tutelage, and stories from past experiences. Bob loved to correct any contract errors that he saw and took his time to explain his reasoning to everyone involved. I appreciated all the time I got to spend with Bob. He will be missed. Yours truly Chris Yanke - Posted by: Chris Yanke (Co-worker, friend) on: Nov 26, 2015

Bob and I were very close growing up in Regina. Bob and I were very close in age. Time separated us for many years and attempts to make contact weren't successful, however in the past year Bob and I made contact again. We exchanged many e-mails over the past months. Bob was a fine man who loved his wife greatly, loved his family, his job and loved life. I join many others in mourning the loss of Bob and I extend my sympathy to his wife Muriel and his brother and sisters. I will miss you very much Bob! - Posted by: Linda Jane Christiansen (Cousin) on: Nov 21, 2015
