Condolences & Memories (5 entries)

  • My heartfelt condolences and prayers go out to Helen, Brenda, Cheryl and Wayne - the neighbors that I grew up with for 15 years. Even though I moved from Winnipeg 26 years ago, I have yet to find such caring and thoughtful neighbors such as the Siemens family. I remember Ed as being the "ROCK" of our neighborhood. He was always there to guide and help everyone with anything that they needed. His passing has now left a void in everyone's life that he had touched. He will be greatly missed. • I am very sorry to hear of Ed's passing. My sincere condolences to Helen and the family. I got to know Ed over a year ago when I stayed in my friend's apartment across the hall from Ed and Helen. We became friends very quickly sharing daily chit chat and some good laughs too. It wasn't long before I knew what a special loving and caring person he was. I am honoured to have known him. - Posted by: Sandy Dimma (Friend) on: Dec 02, 2015

  • Heartfelt thoughts & prayers to Aunt Helen and your family. Uncle Ed always had a Special place in my heart even though our visits were too few. I was fortunate to spend some time with him about a month ago. He will not be forgotten - Posted by: Jake & Donna Siemens (nephew) on: Dec 01, 2015

  • We are saddened by uncle Ed's passing. Although he was an uncle ,he was more like a buddy to me. It is trite to say but nevertheless true, that we are better for having known him. He will receive a special mention and elucidation in my upcoming book of family and ancestral ties. - Posted by: Ester and Albert Siemens (nephew) on: Dec 01, 2015
