• Raffy is a very dear friend, neighbor and officemate Romulo Law Offices. He was the coolest guy I have ever known. He was so down to earth and humble. He was a good man. Am so lucky to have a small talk with him days before his untimely death. Tagal Ko siya hinanap sa Facebook.
