Frank was predeceased by his wife Nancy, survived by daughter Jeanne, son Wilson (Connie), son Eugene (Irene), and grandchildren Jason, Naomi and Jasmine. Dear Eugene, Irene and your family, We would like to express our sincere condolences on the recent passing of your father. Our whole family also like send our thoughts and prayers to you and your family members during your bereavement. May God offer you extra strength in going through this tough time! Although we didn’t find much time to see your dad after we closed Green’gage, we always remember the happy moments that your dad and uncle Wong spent at the restaurant. Your dad loved to tell us the interesting stories about his work, family and friends. We shared joy, fun and laugh. Most admirable was the time that Mr. Tsang being spent on helping out the local Chinese community and the Church. He was highly respected throughout the Chinese community and his profession.
