Date of Passing: Feb 10, 2016
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOUISE ADA LOVE (nee DOZOIS) It is with heavy hearts the family announces the passing of Louise, on Wednesday, February 10, 2016 after a long battle with Alzheimer Disease. She is survived by loving husband of 55 years, Robert; brother, Leo (Jean); children Rob (Linda), Maurice (Ivana), Dean (Ronda), and her very special granddaughters Mel and Hailey. She was predeceased by her son Patrick; parents Yvonne and Fred; sister Rita, and brother Maurice. Louise was a graduate of Misericordia School of Nursing in 1958 and never lost contact with her classmates over these many years. Her main interests were her family, her profession and church, however she loved to fish and spent many summers in Sioux Lookout, Ontario and enjoyed her winter travels to Southern U.S.A. In later years she got to enjoy trips to foreign destinations. The family would like to thank the excellent, professional care provided by the nursing home for the past five years. A special mention of her dog Ceaser who visited daily for the past five years. In keeping with Louise's wishes, cremation has taken place and a memorial mass celebrating her life will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in St. Bernadette Parish, 820 Cottonwood Road. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Louise may be made to a charity of your choice. The Coutu Family in care of arrangements: E.J. COUTU & CO. Louise was a great help to me after our Sara was born. Her advice was invaluable. She never failed to ask how things were going, whether in the bank, or at a social function. She was a very kind and caring lady. May she rest in peace now. - Posted by: Arlene and Jim Anderson () on: Feb 15, 2016

Louise and I were close in size making sharing clothes in nursing school a real advantage. I still have an extra MGH cape that Louise gave me. Will treasure it and think of her often. She was a lovely nurse !! - Posted by: Enid Robins-Holm (Nursing classmate) on: Feb 13, 2016
