LAWRENCE FENIUK It is with greatest sadness that our family announces the sudden and peaceful passing of Lawrence Feniuk on February 25, 2016, with his family by his side. Lawrence leaves to mourn his wife, Myrtle, of 59 years; children, Julie (Robert), Ralph (Elaine), Ted (Kim), Lorne (Marcie), Cindy (Steve) and Susanne; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Lawrence was born on September 29, 1935, in Sarto, Manitoba. He worked as a park supervisor for 27 and a half years at Birds Hill Park. Lawrence had a passion for hunting and fishing along side his sons and brothers. Anyone who knew Lawrence knew he had the gift of conversation and many great stories to tell. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. in the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 725 Old Henderson Hwy., East Selkirk, MB, with Fr. Peter Chorney officiating. Interment to follow at St. John The Baptist Cemetery, Poplar Park, Libau, MB. Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk in care of arrangements. www.gilbartfuneralhome.com
