  • My deepest sympathies to the Mabon families. Dr. Mabon was a dedicated man who cared about his family and his patients. He was devoted to his town,Somerset and to the people who lived there and kept them united.I was one of the first babies born at the Swan Lake hospital in 1955 when the hospital opened. Thank-you Dr. Mabon Rest in Peace. Jane and Alcide Boulet - Posted by: Alcide Boulet (Former patient and friend) on: Apr 05, 2016

  • Georges Mabon was a wonderful man who went far beyond the call of just being the Doctor in the Village of Somerset. He will never be forgotten.. His compassion was unbelievable in our time of sorrow on the passing of my beloved Mother (Helen)Nellie Clemis. - Posted by: Linda (Clemis) Ritchie (former patient) on: Apr 05, 2016

  • Dr. Georges Mabon was a wonderful addition to the village of Somerset. He always had time to fit you in and give advice to you, wanted or not :) as a teenager ready to leave home.. My mother Helen (Nellie) Clemis had rheumatoid arthritis for many years and he prescribed Cortisone to her which was really a blessing.. In her last months in Lorne Hospital, Dr. Georges always had time to stop & chat with her on his rounds.. As her condition worsened.. he took Dad and me aside and was so gracious and helpful in explaining to us what was inevitable.. Georges Mabon was a wonderful man.. and will NEVER be forgotten.. - Posted by: Linda (Clemis) Ritchie (former patient) on: Apr 05, 2016

  • Mes sympathies à la famille Mabon. He was our family doctor when our family was living in Somerset from 1960 to 1980. I'm the son of Adrien Girouard, the telephone repairman for the area at that time. - Posted by: Richard Girouard (former patient) on: Apr 05, 2016
