PHILIP THOMAS CHOY June 4, 1953 - March 30, 2016 Phil passed away on March 30, 2016 at the Grace General Hospital in Winnipeg, at the age of 62, due to complications from a stroke. He is survived by his brother Wesley of Vancouver; brother Daniel (Angela); niece Emily and nephew Jonathan of Calgary. Phil was predeceased by his parents Thomas, in 1996, and Dorothy, in 2008. The family would like to extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Grace Hospital for their compassionate care. Cremation has taken place, and a private memorial will be held in Burnaby, BC at a later date. Tributes may be made in Phil's memory directly to a charity of choice.
