I think of you often Henry. Miss you and hope you realized you had achieved what you wanted. Now they have the Van Dijk classics. Here's to Maple Leaf, eating tuna, potatoes and cheat days. - Posted by: Stacy Bell (Friend) on: Jun 03, 2023

I heard of Henry's passing today . I will always remember the advice he had given me and many others in regards to physical fitness . Henry always had very strong opinions about many aspects of life, and wasn't afraid to voice them. That was one of his many great qualities . I'm proud to say that guys like Henry and Brent were one of the many reasons, I got into the sport . Much respect and admiration . RIP. C.S. - Posted by: Cedric Shurraw (Friend ) on: May 18, 2016

We did not work together, yet I worked at the same place Henry worked. Every time Henry would see me walking (in the wintertime), he would stop and give me a ride the rest of the way. I feel as if I owe him a debt of gratitude for all the times he did this. I'm surely going to miss him! I'll see you in heaven when my time comes pal! - Posted by: William McFarland (Friend) on: May 02, 2016

To Henry's loved ones, We are so saddened to hear of Henry's passing. We will forever remember Henry as a passionate competitor who was gracious, compassionate and loyal to those around him. The sport of bodybuilding has lost one of it's most dedicated. We will miss reminiscing about the early days of competition with Henry and catching up on life every time we seen each other. Honestly amongst our sadness we are feeling shocked and disbelief that Henry has passed ...... please accept our deepest sympathies. Sincerely, Debbie & Mike Karpenko RIP HENRY.......WE WILL MISS YOU!! - Posted by: Debbie Karpenko & Mike Karpenko (Friends) on: Apr 30, 2016
