I have been neighbors with Ken since we were kids, and then we both kept the family home so were still neighbors He was our neighbourhood watch, as he would sit in his living room and watch what was going on, so always felt safe when we were away I will miss him walking the dogs in the mornings, and always so friendly He was well known in the entire neighbourhood I can't remember when I ever saw the curtains drawn in his living room. It makes me sad not to see him wave through the window - Posted by: Debbie Jackson (Dudeck), and Charlie Jackson (Neighbor) on: May 05, 2016

What the heck Kenny?! I'll miss our chats on the beach and on the road and our dogs/girls saying 'hello' - you were definitely one of the 'Lake Fixtures' in the know! Very sad news, worked with Kenny from the time we were young kids delivering mail, up until the time we both retired. Had fun working with him, taken from us far too young. My thoughts are with his family - Posted by: Jack Shkolny (former co-worker) on: May 03, 2016

Oh Kerry, How very sad for you and all the family. I knew Kenny from the neighborhood when we were kids and then through your friendship. When I worked at the Commodity Exchange building some years ago we ran into each other daily in the lobby as he was the mail carrier for the building, he liked that posting I remember. Our daily talks were full of shared info(gossip!) and fun conversation. I was glad for him when I heard he retired and could spend his time at the lake which I know he loved. Thinking of Kenny and you and your family. Love Joni - Posted by: Joni Floren (Friend) on: May 03, 2016

Ken was a great neighbour. We could always count on him to let us know what happened when we were away or what needed to be attended to at our cottage. I will miss his weekly updates on what happened at Twin and what the speculation was in the community. It will miss his always cheery greetings when we arrived. We are still stunned at his untimely passing.RIP Kenny! - Posted by: Pat and Damian Rakowski (Neighbour at Twin Beaches) on: May 02, 2016

Ken was such a kind and giving person. If you ever needed any help or someone to talk to, he was always there for you. He loved the lake (Twin Beaches) and spent his summers out there once he retired from being a letter carrier. He especially loved taking the our dogs for long walks and dog sitting whenever the need be. He will be missed... Rest in Peace dear Brother. - Posted by: Kerry Kist (Brother) on: May 02, 2016

We have known Ken for a great many years. He was a good Twin Lakes Beach friend. To say "stunned" when we heard of his passing is an understatement. Sadly, we are are all diminished with his sudden and untimely passing. It will be different not having that morning "chat" with Ken or that friendly "wave & hello" as he is passing by while he is walking the dogs. To Ken's family and friends, our sincere heartfelt condolences are extended to all. Rudy & Bernice - Posted by: Rudy & Bernice (Freinds) on: May 02, 2016
