Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY ELLEN KIDD Peacefully, on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Arborg Hospital, Mary Kidd, aged 86 years of Selkirk, MB, passed away. Left to mourn are her husband James; children Laraine (Ernie) Benjamin, Janet (Albert) Sheppard, James (Sharlene) Kidd, and John (Tonja) Kidd; grandchildren William (Dayna) Benjamin, Mary-Jane (Craig) Feeke, Allan and John Sheppard, Emma, Alexandria, Ceilidh, and Jeffery Kidd; and great-grandchildren Silas, Cooper, Emily-June, and Preston. Mary was an active member of the Knox Presbyterian Church where she started a ladies group known as the Knoxettes. She enjoyed curling and spending time with family. The family home was always open to all; with Mary's caring nature many enjoyed a good visit or quiet refuge with a hot cup of tea and baking. Mary had a wonderful sense of humour and always made the best of any situation. The family would like to thank all those who have been involved with Mary's care over the many years. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, May 19, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. in the Knox Presbyterian Church, Selkirk, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Knox Presbyterian memorial fund.
