LILLIAN SHEPIT Lillian Shepit, aged 85 years, of Emerson, Manitoba, passed away peacefully with family at her side, on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at the Emerson Personal Care Home. She is survived by her children, Eugene Alexiuk, Gerald (Mary) Shepit, Beverley Shepit and Edward (Sharon) Shepit, as well as by seven grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren and extended family. She was predeceased by her husband George in 1999, by one son-in-law, one daughter-in-law, two grandsons and one great-granddaughter. A celebration of Lillian's life will be held on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Emerson Community Complex in Emerson, Manitoba. A private family interment will follow at the Emerson Cemetery. Donations in memory of Lillian may be made to the Emerson Personal Care Home.
