Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGERALD MONCHAMP Peacefully, at Actionmarguerite Valade in Winnipeg, MB, on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, Mr. Gerald Monchamp of Winnipeg, MB, passed away at the age of 63 years. Gerald was predeceased by his father Albert and is survived by his mother Simone (née Pelé); his siblings, Hubert (Florence), Bert (Doris), Rhéal (Rose-Anne) and Paul (Janine); nieces and nephews, Roxanne (Jeff Fjeldsted), Steven (Amber), Chris (Jen), Cheryl, Danielle, Marc (Megan), Richard (Chantal), Natasha, Noah, and Nadia; great nieces and nephews, Luke, Carly, Hailey, Sarah, Riley and Brynnlee; and numerous aunts, uncles, relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Adam's Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. with Heather Grobb officiating, followed by interment in the Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Notre Dame Health Foundation (New Hospital), Box 190, Notre Dame de Lourdes, MB R0G 1M0.
