Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANDREE LEMOINE (née CORMIER) December 3, 1924 - July 13, 2016 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt on July 13, 2016 at the age of 91. Left to forever cherish Andrée's memory are her children, Nicole (Rob), Arielle (Brian), and Claude (Jodi); grandchildren, Jenn, Jeff, Matt, Brigitte, Jocelyne, Meghan, and Eric; and great-grandchildren, Oliver, Lily, and Authman. Andrée also leaves to mourn her sisters, Agathe Rochon and Gisele Isabey; brother Lucien Cormier; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Jean; brothers, Camille, Benoit, Aimé, Alain, and Edmond; and sisters, Thérèse, Monique, Armande, Pauline, and Agathe who died in infancy. Andrée, one of 14 children, was born on December 3, 1924 in La Salle, Manitoba to Sophie and Charles Cormier. Reading, quilting, sewing, scrapbooking, and listening to classical music were pastimes she loved, but she was happiest when surrounded by her family. In 1947, Andrée married Jean and began their life together in Ste. Agathe, Manitoba where Jean owned the Texaco station. Subsequently they moved to Winnipeg and spent many happy years in St. Boniface and St. Vital. The family would like to extend their most sincere thanks to the 3DE nursing staff at the Tache Centre Personal Care Home for their kind and attentive care of Andrée. A private family service has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. Desjardins 204-233-4949
