Your beautiful smile, your amazing kindness and caring ways will never be forgotten. From the moment I met you I found you to be one of the kindest souls I have ever met. It was an honor to have you at our wedding with Lorie. My best memory was seeing you on that day having such a wonderful time. You always brought a smile to my face and warmth in my heart. It was a complete shock to read of your passing. You will forever be in my heart with fond memories. For the last 10 years, Lawrence was part of our "Saturday Summer Golf Group". So many laughs, cocktails, stories, and all of those contests...Lawrence, our golf gang will NEVER be the same; there is a gaping hole that cannot be filled. Hugs in Heaven to the Big Guy. My deepest condolences to Lawrence's family. His welcoming smile was a comfort to all Hydro workers, guests, contractors and students that visited the Hydro security desk. He was delight to work with and will be missed. I also saw him at the Jets games, which lead us to chat about Winnipeg sporting events. Sorry for your loss. - Posted by: Cindy East ((Work at Manitoba Hydro)) on: Aug 11, 2016

I was very saddened this morning when I opened up the paper and saw Lawrence's Obituary in it. I had the pleasure of meeting & working with him some years ago at the Limo Company we both were employed at. He was a very kind, generous man with a great sense of humor and a wonderful laugh! My heart, prayers & condolences go out to Lawrence's Family during this most difficult time. May he RIP. - Posted by: Ms. Gerrie Penteliuk (Former Co-Worker/Friend) on: Aug 10, 2016

My deepest condolences to Lawrence's family. He will be so missed at our Hydro security desk. He never had anything but a smile and perhaps a light chuckle for the staff that worked here. I had several occasions to interact with him as I regularly host groups from outside and act as "the greeter" at the front desk. I will always have fond memories of that great smile and twinkling eye. - Posted by: Colleen Kuruluk (work at Manitoba Hydro) on: Aug 10, 2016
