Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECILE TARKO (née FOUASSE) July 28, 1916 - August 9, 2016 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Cécile on August 9, 2016 at the Foyer Notre Dame in Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba shortly after celebrating her 100th birthday on July 28, 2016. She was predeceased by her husband Michael; infant son Roland; her brothers, Maurice (Jeanne) and Germain Fouasse; one brother-in-law Joseph Deda; and one daughter-in-law Bernie Tarko. Mom will be remembered by her children, Rochelle (Harold) Walsh, Maurice Tarko, René (Diane) and Bertrand (Lisa); six grandchildren, Robert (Judy), Gerald (Simone), Bill, Loretta (Denis), Tracey (Mike) and Ryan (Louanne); and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren as well as one sister Reine Deda. A private family Graveside Service was held in the Notre Dame Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Notre Dame Health Foundation, Box 190 Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba R0G 1M0.
