Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDENNIS ROBERT KOSOLOFSKI May 24, 1944 - August 21, 2016 The family of Dennis Kosolofski announces his sudden passing on August 21, 2016 at the Victoria Hospital at the age of 72 years. Dennis is survived by his children, Gavin, Derek (Anabel Ribeiro) and Leah; grandchildren Brandy and Mikaela Lapratt; great-grandchild Cairo Lapratt; and nephews, Mike Phillips, Doug Phillips and Craig Phillips. Dennis was a proud member of the Military, serving from 1961 to 1964. His charity work with Siloam Mission was also important to him. A Funeral Service in his honour will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons Street, with a gathering to follow at the Norwood Legion, 134 Marion Street. Burial will take place in the Field of Honour at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Avenue. Donations in Dennis's memory may be made to Siloam Mission. So sorry to hear of Dennis’ passing. My brother Ron and I were friends of his from Fort Frances. His family was our neighbour and we had many good time’s growing up there. I know Ron had kept in touch with him in Winnipeg and would have been sad to hear of his passing, unfortunately he passed a few years back.
