Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALTER ROBERT (BOB) NETZEL 1916 - 2016 It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Walter Robert Netzel on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at Pembina Place Personal Care Home. Walter will be lovingly remembered by his sons: Robert, Brian, Wayne (Diane), Gordon (Millie), and his daughter Vera (Albert) Antoine. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, his sister Elvina Netzel Yathon, as well as relatives and friends. Walter was predeceased by his wife Gwendolene in 2008. He worked for the CNR for many years and was a veteran of the Second World War. Walter lived a long and full life and celebrated his 100th birthday on March 22, 2016. Condolences to the family! A long time ago I had the privilege to have memories from Melville, Saskatchewan! Vera or Brian might remember me! If not that's cool! I don't expect to be remembered! I don't remember the deceased, but I remember his wife at Brian's wedding! Anyways hope things are going well for the family!
