Tracy will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband, Fabian; children, Amber (Darryl) Welburn, Jessica (Dylan) Welburn, Ariel Welburn, Chucky Welburn and Christopher Welburn; her grandson whom she called 'her baby,' Kaleb; parents, Louis and Mabel Chartrand; siblings, Floyd (Marion) Chartrand, Bill (Sheila) Chartrand, Gloria (Nestor) Chartrand, Steven (Norma) Chartrand and Marie (John) Lavallee; special sisters-in-law, Barb Nepinak and Carol Rupert; father-in-law, Albert 'Chucky' Parenteau; in-laws, Everett (Gloria) Welburn, Loretta (Jim) Chartrand, Waylon (Shelley) Parenteau, Dustin Parenteau, Kimberly Parenteau, Rocky Parenteau, Justin Parenteau and Helen Parenteau; as well as many nieces and nephews, cousins and other relatives. Tracy was predeceased by her brother, Christopher Chartrand, her mother-in-law, Shirley Welburn Parenteau; and numerous other relatives. Tracy was a stay-at-home mom, taking care of the kids while Fabian was working. She did everything she could to make things special and extravagant for her children. She was so happy and thankful to have met her grandson, Kaleb, and to get to spend time with him. Tracy enjoyed playing cards, bingo and slots with her friends; this was her 'break.' Her whole world was her family. Fabian was the love of her life. There's no where else she'd rather be than with him. She will always be remembered and loved. The family wishes to express a special thank you to the St. Boniface Hospital; the Pine Creek Chief and Council for their support; the many health care aides that looked after Tracy; and to all our family and friends for their love shown at this difficult time. Prayers will take place on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. at the Camperville Hall. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. at the Our Lady of Seven Sorrows Church, Camperville, Manitoba, with Father John officiating. Cremation will follow the service, with interment at a later date. Pallbearers will be: Matthew Lavallee - Brent Chartrand - Roman Welburn - Everett Welburn Jr. - Darryl McKay - Dylan Lavallee.
