CLARITA TIMOG August 18, 1949 - October 18, 2016 Clarita Rivera Timog, 67, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016, in St. Boniface Hospital after a long, tough battle with cancer. Claire is survived by her husband Nestor, son Myron (Mandy), their children Isabella and Lukas, son Marvyn (Gillian), sisters Dorie (Rod), their children Dottie, Jo Marie, May and Carlo, sisters Camelita, Leovie, Nancy (Rey) and their daughter Danielle (Richard), sister-in-law Priscilla (Raymundo), and brother-in-law Leonardo. Predeceased by her father Jose Rivera, mother Maura Francisco and brother Ed. Claire is widely regarded as everyone's favourite auntie, Tita, Ninang and Lola. She was known for her boisterous laughter, cunning wit and magnetic personality. A hard working woman, master chef, loving wife, mother and lola. She had a compassionate soul, who always lamented that "food is for everyone" and that's why she regularly donated to Siloam Mission.
