SERGIO V. BARCELO, SR. September 9, 1929 October 18, 2016 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our husband, brother, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Sergio V. Barcelo, Sr., 87. He is predeceased by his parents, Emeterio and Luisa Barcelo. Left to cherish his memory are his wife; children, Emmy Mapatac (Andy), Noel Barcelo (Myrna), Pattie Martin (Max), Sergio Barcelo, Jr. (Lilia), Anna Gonzales (Ric), Judy Urquiola (Harry) and Rommel Barcelo (Riza); grandchildren, Marie (Lito), Marvin (Grace), Mark (Joyce), Nino (Cecille), Mariz (John), Unsoy, Trina, Mara, Miya, Nini, Jay-Jay, Jason, Jimboy, JoAnn, Noah, Rina, Niko and Brady; great-grand-children, Aiden, Aaliyah, Tristan, Anton, Zedric, Xiann and Seth. He also leaves behind his siblings: (Philippines), Tona Villa (Juanito) and Kiko Barcelo; and his best friend, Vic Villajuan. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the staff at Health Sciences Centre GD4 for their efforts and kindness. Lamay will be held on Friday, October 21, 2016, commencing at 6:00 p.m. from Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1006 Nairn Avenue, Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edward's Roman Catholic Church at 836 Arlington Street. Interment in Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Boulevard. A reception will follow at the Mosaic Reception Centre, 1839 Inkster Boulevard, following the interment.
