LAMBERT HART Lambert Hart, at the age of 66, passed away at home on Sunday, October 16, 2016. A celebration of life will be held at Wheeler Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St., 204-224-1525, Saturday, October 22, 2016, at 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, October 23, 2016, at 1:00 p.m.

Dear Teri and family, It was with great sadness that Kate and I learned of Lambert’s passing. I have known Lambert since approximately 1983 through his connection with his employment as a student counsellor at Manitoba Indian Education Association. Lambert was the ultimate professional who always went that extra step to look after and support the students for which he was in charge (and mentored). Lambert was a truly gentle man whose love of family kept him going through very difficult times. He was a person to whom his students could look up to and I know that there are many out there who have become successful through Lambert’s example. His relationship with you Teri was an excellent example of what the ideal marriage should be. Kate and I will miss him and his kind sense of humour. - Posted by: Catherine L.
