REYNALDO DE LOS REYES GONZALES 1946 - 2016 Reynaldo De Los Reyes Gonzales passed away on October 15, 2016, aged 70 years, at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Winnipeg, Manitoba. He was a good friend to many, both in the Philippines and in Winnipeg. He briefly owned Smile, a neighborhood store on Manitoba Street and worked at various food establishments as a cook. He is survived by his only child, Sarah Jane Salonga, her husband Jason Salonga and daughter Pearl. Mourning his loss are his surviving siblings and their families in Bulacan, in the Philippines, his nephews, Eduardo Portillo (wife Jeanette Natoza-Portillo and son Elijah) and Renante Portillo, in Winnipeg. His wake (lamay) will be held on Friday, October 28, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at the Mosaic Funeral Chapel, 1839 Inkster Blvd. (corner of Inkster Boulevard and Keewatin Street), Winnipeg, Manitoba. His remains will be flown to the Philippines for interment at a later date.
