HENRI PELLAND It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Henri Pelland on November 3, 2016 at 77 years of age. Henri is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Pierrette (née Gagné); his three children, Ronald, Ginette (Normand), and Nicole; his grandchildren, Brittany, Scott, Christine, and Marc; members of both the Pelland and Gagné families, and numerous coffee buddies. He was predeceased by his parents, Pierre and Eleonore, his sister Florence, and his brothers Arthur and Léo. Dad was always there when you needed a helping hand. He was a kind-hearted man who made you laugh. He loved his family, the Montreal Canadians, cars, music and especially camping. The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff of the Cardiac Unit at St. Boniface Hospital. We would like to give a special thank you to his twin Henriette and Nurse Janet for being there for mom. Dad we love you so much and you will be missed. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at La Paroisse du Précieux-Sang, 200 Kenny St., Winnipeg, MB on November 15, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Boniface Hospital Foundation Cardiac Care C1026-409 Tache Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
