A Wake Service will be held Thursday, December 8, 2016 from 4:00 p.m to 9:00 p.m., and a Funeral Service on Friday, December 9, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. with Rob Donison officiating. Both services will be held at the Wide World of Faith Church, 465 Alexander Ave., Winnipeg, MB. Interment to follow at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Ave., Winnipeg, MB. It's been two months since I buried you bro. And it seems like yesterday that you were here in this world. You brought such laughter and joy into my world all the years I knew you, and it was such an honor and blessing that we had a common home base at the lake most of your adult life. It is so strange to think that you won't be coming back. And I know Jesus has you now because of our faith, and I'm so thankful that we were praying and looking up to God in the final months and days that you were here. I keep regretting that I never made it in time to come and get you, and it was so close. BUt God had a master plan in all of this, and that plan was that we would be reunited forever in Heaven by His amazing grace (undeserved favor). It's just hard waiting and missing you bro. I'm doing my best to help your mom just like I did all the years that you were unable to, and I'll keep praying and encouraging her and the kids as long as I am in this world.
