OLIVIA MUZYK At peace with her husband and the angels, our dear mother and Baba, at the age of 90, moved on to be with her Heavenly Father on December 7, 2016. Left to treasure her memories are her daughter, Peterette (Edward) Dolyniuk; sons, Richard (Patricia) Muzyk and Brian (Donna) Muzyk; grandchildren, Trevor (Jessica), Jarred (Coralee), Tarisha (Cameron) Dolyniuk, Kerry-Ann (Rob) Muzyk, Sheryl (Stuart) Muzyk and Alyssa Muzyk, and her very precious great-grandchildren, Jonathan and Noah Onderisin, Cayden Dolyniuk, Nathan and Annika Perkins and Alice and Xavier Muzyk. She is also survived by her nieces Susan (Eugene) Gawalko and Donna (John) Campbell and their families. She was predeceased by her loving husband Peter, and sister Nellie Krywochyza. Olivia was raised in the North End of Winnipeg. She took great pride in her hairdressing skills. Early in her career, she practiced with her sister-in-law at the Pearly-Ann Beauty Salon on Selkirk Avenue. Later, for many years, she owned the Artistic Beauty Salon in Elmwood until she retired. She set an example for us as a person who worked hard but always had time for family and friends. Our fondest memories are from the times we spent with them when they lived in their home on Corne Street. She enjoyed having her children and her grandchildren over for supper. Whether it was Christmas or Easter dinner or just a regular Sunday meal, if there were 10, there was food for 25. If 20 of us were coming, she planned a meal for 60. We will cherish the memories of those wonderful times and will keep them in our hearts forever. The family is most grateful to her long-time physician and family friend Dr. T. R. Babick, and to Tracy and the wonderful staff of Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg who cared for our mother and Baba with gentle kindness for the past five years. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you say a prayer for Olivia and reflect upon your fondest memories, her love and her life. Her voices are gone forever! VICHNAYA PAM'YAT MEMORY ETERNAL INTEGRITY Cremation & Funeral Planning 204-295-5408 - integritydeathcare.com

My condolences to the Muzyk family on the passing of such a dear lady. Olivia was a joy to visit. Ever polite, kind and considerate she always dressed so classy. Up until late she was part of a special group of ladies who attended Monday night bingo. We never left her room until her hair and lipstick were just so. I will miss you Olivia, bless you.
