He was born December 1, 1938 in Bertocchi, Istria, Italy to his late parents Mario and Antonia. Guido is survived by his wife Roberta; number one son, Marino (Jamie) and number one daughter, Lorena. Also mourning his death are sisters, Norma (Narciso), Maria (late Italo); brothers, Egidio (Silvana) and Renato (Majda); sisters-in-law, Gabriela (late Carmelo), Sandra (late Fulvio) and brother-in-law Maurizio (Brenda), many nephews, nieces and friends in Canada and Italy. Guido was a master of the painting trade, friend to all who had time to chat, an avid fan of soccer, playing cards, and all things Italian. A Mass honouring his life will be held Tuesday December 20, 2016, 10:00 a.m. at Holy Rosary Church, 510 River Ave, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, donations are kindly accepted to The Mood Disorders of Manitoba. I knew Guido through Gus Fiorentino has he was a painter and decorator. He ask me if I could some electrical work on his house, which I did.Guido was a very kind person who like to talk and was very friendly person. We would chat a lot about any subject that came up. I recently found out about Guido passing has Gus told me. I would like to send my condolences to the family on the loss of Guido. Belated happy birthday Guido you would 79 years old December 1st. I just heard about Guido's passing. I was quite saddened by the news. Guido was a spirited individual, always jovial and willing to partake in conversation.
