YURI HELEN KIMURA December 1, 1986 - December 26. 2016 It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of Yuri in her childhood home in Winnipeg at the age of 30 years old. Yuri was born on December 1, 1986 to Charlotte and Michio Kimura and eight years later brother Ari Kimura. Yuri graduated Silver Heights Collegiate and immediately pursued her passions in fashion, personal interaction and was accomplished in the culinary arts. She also leaves family behind in Tokyo, and various parts of Canada, as well as a myriad of friends that have been greatly influenced and affected by her bright and uncanny ability to bring out the best in others. Her unbridled passion and affinity to establish meaningful connections to others will most certainly be missed by family and friends. Services will be held at a later date.
