Frank and I were labourers at the CP Diesel Shop in Winnipeg. He started in 1973, I in 1974 - and he seemed so much more experienced! He took me under his wing, mentored me, helped me treat difficult situations with good humour. His gentleness and compassion was one of the big reasons I stayed, rather than moving on to another job and I retired after 37 years. I regret that we lost touch for many years after I left Winnipeg. And I was shocked to learn of his untimely passing. My sincere condolences to all his family and friends. I was always be grateful to Frank - Posted by: Avrum Rosner (Co-worker and friend) on: Jul 08, 2019
