Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHERESE MORISSETTE (nee GODIN) Peacefully, at the Carman Memorial Hospital, on Saturday, January 14, 2017 our dear mom passed away at the age of 87 years. She leaves to mourn her passing three children, Diane (Gary), Lionel (Mavis) and Yvon (Kelly); two daughters-in-law, Robin Morissette and Penny Morissette; one son-in-law Gerry Simonson; 14 grandchildren, Chris, Jason, Michael, Ken, Denny, Daniel, Colette, Michelle, Glen, Clinton, Raymond, Elizabeth, Victoria and Samantha; and 19 great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn three sisters, Rose Hutlet, Helene Picton, and Augusta Nelson; one sister-in-law Rachelle Godin; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Ubald Morissette in 2005; one daughter Doris Morissette; two sons Vic Morissette and Aurel Morissette; and by three brothers, Joseph Godin, Henri Godin and Arthur Godin. Funeral services will be held in the Fannystelle Roman Catholic Church on Thursday, January 19, 2017. Celebration of Life at 1:30 p.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 2:00 p.m. with Father Lawrence Chibue Agorchukwu officiating. Interment will take place at a later date at the Fannystelle Parish Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Diabetes Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation, the Carman Handi-Van, or to Carman Palliative Care.
