She will be sadly missed by her common-law husband Donald Kosa, his daughter Alisa Ouellette, Don's sibling Maryann (Kevin); sister-in-law Maureen, along with John (Ella); Therese (Mike); Ed (Linsey) and numerous extended family members. Janice was predeceased by her two children and her former husband. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
