GUERINO DI MARCO April 8, 1927 - February 10, 2017 It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our Father, Nonno, Zio and friend. Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 68 years Lina; daughter Sofia (Lino), Anna, Eva (Tony); and grandchildren, Guerino (Lisa), Gabrille (Cheryl), Diano, Case, Maria, Angela; and great-grandson Justin. He is now resting in heaven and is reunited with his family as he leaves behind his brother Guiseppi and extended family to mourn; as well as many friends here in Canada and in Italy. Guerino was born on April 8, 1927 in Montefino, Italy and immigrated to Canada in 1957. Guerino enjoyed gardening, wine making and acting as a handy man. However, he was the happiest reminiscing with friends and family. Guerino's memories and friendships that lasted him his lifetime were very important to him. The family would also like to thank the wonderful staff at Deer Lodge for all their care. Viewing / condolences will be held at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 510 River Ave. on Wednesday February 15, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. followed by the Mass of Resurrection at 11:00 a.m. Rev Father Sam Argenziano.
