RICHARD CORNELIUS PERZEL 1940 - 2017 Richard Cornelius Perzel passed away peacefully on March 9, 2017, at the Selkirk General Hospital, at the age of 76. The family would like to thank all the staff at the Selkirk General Hospital for their care and compassion. In keeping with Richard's wishes, there will be no funeral service.
