• Dear Hasselmann Family - I was so saddened to read of Horst's passing. I enjoyed spending 1:1 time with Horst and speaking German with him whenever I had the chance. • Dear Hasselmann family, I just heard of your dad's passing and am so sorry for your loss. My heart is breaking for the sorrow you must be feeling. I loved your dad very much. I cherish the many memories I have of having the honor of spending so much time at your home while I was growing up and watching all of you grow up at the same time. Your home was filled with love, stimulating conversation, food, laughter, books and acceptance of anyone lucky enough to have visited. I met many interesting people over the years whom I would never have had the opportunity to meet had I not been included as one of your own.
