Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAXINE ELAINE BOELKE (née PHILLIPS) April 20, 1941 - April 15, 2017 Peacefully on April 15, 2017, Maxine passed away at the age of 75. She was predeceased by her partner, Ted Ciupak (2016); her parents Ora and Reta Phillips; her son Robbie; her brother, and her step-siblings. She is lovingly remembered by her stepchildren Chris (Linda), Rosanne (Al), Clyde, and Raymond; her grandchildren; her sister Hazel (Roger); and many other family members and friends. Maxi was a fun-loving, caring person to be around. She was always ready to lend a hand; no matter what was needed, you could find her with a broom or a hammer, ready for anything. Respecting Maxi's wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. We would like to thank the wonderful staff at Seven Oaks Hospital, 5th floor, unit 4, for their kindness during Maxi's final days. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. You will be missed by each and every one of us, and will forever be in our hearts.
